Rooftop development studies for both enlargement and renovation.

The Egg: Within the existing penthouse a new elliptical skylight commands the entire roof to allow views to the north and create a main multi-purpose space. Terraces to the east/west align this floor with the exterior.

The Wedge: Two new floors along the west culminate around a glass structure that as well focuses the view to the north and the Empire State Building.

The Terrace: An outside break out space was envisioned for the tenants of the 6th floor. Inlay lighting within the Ipe Decking creates both a graphic and illumination for the space.
