This 5,000 SF two-tiered terrace, transforms an equipment filled rooftop into a visual and enviromentally landscaped, outdoor office amenity. At the entry, a tall south parapet blocks views so we created an inward-facing allée of River Birch trees and soft grasses, with intimate seating nestled along the path.

Further in, the space opens to its main feature: panoramic views of the skylineand city landmarks. To highlight this, we raised the terrace above the parapet,letting the view take over.

A central brise-soleil with white fins offers shade and filters light—pulsing subtly with sun and cloud movement, keeping the space bright but cool.Towards the north where the view is the best, we let it do the work and created pockets of seating to enjoy.

And at night—the terrace becomes a whole new experience.
